The heat is provided by gas burners, whilst a 12 volt battery operates the rotation of the spit. ~~~ What makes the Eazee hog™ so unique is the cooking times - A 80lb pig will cook in 3 hours, A 120lb pig in 4.5 hours. We recently cooked a 170lb pig in 5 hours. Beating all our contemporaries by at least 2.5 hours! Allowing you more time to enjoy your day and see to your guests! Our chef (if required) is on hand to oversee the cooking and to carve the meat. All meat is cooked fresh at your location, as opposed to other companies that precook the meat and reheat on arrival, more importantly, all our pigs are British free range, assuring top quality succulent pork. Once cooked, the meat can be carved from the cooking position at a serving level without having to lift or reposition. Allowing constant heat to be kept in the meat complying with health and hygiene regulations. You are not just limited to pork. Lamb is also very popular.
